Employer Engagement

• Go to employers as a group at the convenience of the employers.  
• Identify the needs of the employer & identify help that is needed
• NextGen/Sector Partnership
• Facilitators are the bridge among the partners

Contribution

• People are being pulled in so many direction & resources are already thin, not enough volunteers to keep it going.
• Hold people’s feet to the fire by encouraging contribution and attendance.

Funding

• Look into to other grants for funding opportunities
