2018-2019 Metrics Reports

A huge THANK YOU to the Metrics Review Team for all their hard work in helping update our metrics collection process.  A special Thank You to Kristy Christenberry (Martin County Schools) who was instrumental in developing the Google Forms.

The 2018-2019 Metrics Reports have been uploaded (http://nencpathways.org/metrics/) for your review. Please keep in mind that not every partner reported metrics, for a variety of reasons, and some didn’t report data for every pathway. Also, we don’t have good methods in place yet for counting all the data, especially industry credentials. Basically, this information is good for us to collect and use in an effort to monitor trends and our progress in some areas, but it’s not a thorough as it could be.

That being said, MyFutureNC is working on identifying “Credentials of Value” that will be counted towards the goal of 2 million by 2030.  Once these are identified, we will look at how to collect the data, which will hopefully help our process in the future. They are also in the process of developing county specific dashboards, with pertinent information about education, employment and credentials. Please visit their website and request to be notified when your county dashboard becomes available.

Thank you again to all of those who participated in the review process and the collection process. Your continued partnership is what continues to keep our regional work in the spotlight across the state, used as a model for others.

Thanks for being great partners!
